Terms and conditions
By using the Fundraising Hub to raise funds for your Habitat Warriors revegetation program, you agree to the following terms and conditions: User Responsibilities: Users must provide accurate and truthful information when creating their fundraising pages. Users must respect the rights of others and not engage in harmful, defamatory, or illegal activities. Donation Information: Donations are processed through a secure payment system. (Stripe). By donating, you agree to the processing of your payment. Donations are generally non-refundable. Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Use of Funds: Funds raised must be used solely for the specified revegetation project. Misuse of funds will result in removal from the Fundraising Hub and possible legal action. Liability and Indemnification: Habitat Warriors is not liable for any damages or losses beyond the amount donated. We do not guarantee the success of any fundraising campaigns. Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Habitat Warriors and its affiliates from any claims arising out of their use of the Fundraising Hub or violation of these terms. Termination and Modification: Habitat Warriors reserves the right to terminate a user's account for violations of these terms or misuse of the Fundraising Hub. Changes to Terms: These terms may be modified at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes.
